Agent Toast integration tools supports a limited number of integration paths and may contain bugs that could irrevocably damage your system or lose your data.

That all said however, we have made the services publicly available because we’re confident in the service in its current state. We seek feedback and suggestions from the users to improve upon its reliability, performance and features.

This may change in the future, but we don’t believe it will.  We see Agent Toast developing into a fully feature product that is free for limited use. And by limited, we don’t mean crippled.

For those professional who require more from the service, we may charge extra fees, but we hope the basic service will remain free.

Agent Toast is a service provided by Host Like Toast: Managed WordPress Hosting and use of our services is defined by both our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We use your email address in this case solely to contact you about updates to the service we provided and to inform you of other services we think you may appreciate.

If you no longer wish you to receive emails from us, you may un-subscribe at any time.

We will never sell, exchange, transfer, give, your email address to any 3rd party.

When you provide your API keys for Toggl and FreeAgent they are written to our database so that you can use them each time without having to put them in again.

However, before they are written to the database they are encrypted using your account password. This means the information stored in our database is not human-readable – even by the administrators at Agent Toast.

If somehow the database is ever stolen or security is breached, no-one can access your account data.

Each time you login, the system uses your account password to decrypt the information in the database – this is why your account password will be quite complex since the strength of the encryption is dependent on the quality of your password.

Unfortunately when you forget your password, there is no way to regain access to the existing account settings.

This is because all data is encrypted on your Agent Toast account using your personal password. Resetting the password will make it impossible for you to access it again.

If you absolutely can’t find your password, contact us and we’ll reset it. You’ll then have to setup your timer and invoicing services once more.

We recommend a tool such as LastPass to remember passwords.

When you import a timeslip the time tracking service to the invoicing/billing agent, it is necessary to import from a project in one service, to a project in another.

To achieve this, we provide the ability to map projects from one service to another.

In this way, all time entries from 1 project are consistently imported to a specific project/client in the other.

In the beginning, Agent Toast originally worked so that the project mapping was in the direction: invoicing service to timer service.

This was a little limiting as you couldn’t have timeslips from multiple timer projects imported into a single invoicing project.

In the latest release you can now choose which direction to specify the mappings.

You can decide whether to map projects from the timer service into the invoicing service, or the other way around.

This error is typically seen when you attempt to save invalid account settings for FreeAgent on the Settings page.

When you save your FreeAgent account settings, Agent Toast will immediately attempt to verify the connection.

Please ensure the following:

• Your username is correct – it is your full email address as registered with FreeAgent
• Your password for FreeAgent is correct
• Your domain is correct. You do not need to include http://. All you need is the first part of the domain name before freeagent.com

Accounting for the time spent on work/projects is usually a manual process.  Perhaps you use a time tracking tool to help with the timing aspect, but it’s typically manual to create the invoices and perform billing.

The Agent Toast integration tool helps to automate the billing system by transferring your tracked time directly into your accounting system.

This saves on your time spent that cannot bill for!

Any service that offers functionality to start/stop timers allowing you to monitor time spent on a given task.

Time Tracker services create a series of timeslip entries that you can then use to invoice your clients more accurately.

A simple Google search will reveal that there are many implementations of this service concept.
